Sylvia`s cake Shop

As owner of Sylvia`s cake shop, I can garantee you that all my cakes will be made from scratch and on order with fresh ingredients, hand picked just for you in the morning of the day I`ll bake your cake.

 

I am in possess of a Level 2 Hygiene Certificate, which I renew every 2 years trought a special course and supported by my 12 years of experience in restoration and baking obtained by working as pastry chef in various restaurants across London.

 

I decided to stop working as a chef and start making cakes for customers after the birth of my second son, because I wished to be closer to the kids by working from home.

 

Sylvia`s cake shop is an home based little business and I am inspected by the council every 2 years, just like a normal bakery.

 

By getting a cake from me you can be assured that it will be made with devotion ad a lot of care. It will taste delicious and it will look just the way you wished it to look.
